So Celeborn is the Lord of Lothlorien and is in many ways full of contradictions: he can be immensely patient yet is also far more quick-tempered than many Elves, especially those his age. His tongue can be biting and he sometimes is highly impatient. But he is a good person at his heart and rules Lothlorien fairly and wisely.

Friends: Having been alive as long as he has, and lived in as many places, Celeborn has more than likely collected quite a few friends. Honestly, he is more likely to be friends mostly with Elves but the occasional Man and perhaps Hobbit are not out of the question. He is respectful for the most part to the Istari and also respects Ents and Eagles.

Enemies: Celeborn also has lived long enough to collect enemies. He abhors Orcs and other Servants of the Dark Lord (really either one) and will not hesitate to kill them. He also will not abide anyone threatening those he cares for or his realm. He does not trust Dwarves due to their actions both in the First Age (killing his great-uncle) and Third Age (awakening a Balrog and killing many Lothlorien Elves), but he does not count them as enemies.

Lovers: Or rather lover in the singular. Celeborn is married to Galadriel and is absolutely devoted to her. As an Elf, cheating would not occur to him and should you suggest it to him, you might find a sword in your gullet. But he adores Galadriel, even if he doesn't always agree with her, and can be a bit mushy in regards to her, still besotted with her even after all these years.

Thranduil and Celeborn - Having both lived in Doriath and both occupying important roles there, I feel there'd definitely be something between these two If you'd like, I'd be very much for a past RP in Doriath between these two.

Pityanarwë and Celeborn - So Pip is about 12 generations down the line of Mithrellas who was from Lothlorien before falling for a man and starting a line of men. As a result Pip has always wanted to travel west to Lothlorien but hasn't had the chance yet but perhaps in the near future?

Glorfindel and Celeborn - Being cousins with Galadriel, I can imagine Glorfindel would visit fairly often and as I can't see any way in which Glorfindel would hate Celeborn, I can imagine they'd get on well!

Celeborn & Thranduil: I've always imagined the two of them were decent friends way back in Doriath. And maybe currently as well simply because of some shared feelings towards Dwarves and such?

Celeborn & Pityanarwë: I think Celeborn knew of Mithrellas mostly because he spent a c=good chunk of the time traveling to Lothlorien before becoming its Lord to help Amroth. But in terms of Pip coming to Lothlorien, Celeborn would be fairly welcoming.

Celeborn & Glorfindel: Celeborn probably likes/trusts Glorfindel a lot. They are both old as dirt and Glorfindel served Celeborn's daughter after she married Elrond. So I think they'd be decent friends?

Hi! So because I always get really excited when there's a new person to RP with I'm just going to put up all my characters up here even if some of them will probably never ever meet Celeborn Hope you don't mind!

Kíli: I can't really see the two meeting but, if they ever did, I have a feeling that Kíli might be a little too immature to appeal to such an old elf. I'm not saying they'd be enemies but I doubt they'd be friends.

Legolas: Considering Legolas' reaction to Lothlorien in The Fellowship of the Ring I'd say it's highly likely that he'd never been there before. As such I'd say that it'd take a while for them to meet. As for what kind of relationship they'd have, well obviously I doubt they'd be enemies (and they'd certainly not be lovers ) but I can't see them as particularly close friends. There's quite an age gap between them to start with and I also think their lifestyles and cultures are quite different.

 Erestor: Probably the most likely out of all my characters to meet Celeborn and the most likely to get along with him too. He'd either go to Lothlorien on official business or when he is travelling with Glorfindel. On Erestor's part there is definitely a lot of respect for an elf he would have read a lot about.

 Brenna: Let's be honest, Brenna just doesn't like strangers and elves annoy her even more than most people so it would be very hard for a friendship to develop between the two.

Cora: The likelihood of Cora meeting Celeborn in so incredibly slim I can't actually image what would happen if they ever did meet.

 Minyaiwe: Technically not in existence currently but he will be soon so I thought he may as well get a chance Anyway, he's very young, trusting, and friendly so I don't think he'd take a dislike to Celeborn. He'd see him as someone to look up to and admire so he'd probably feel a little intimidated to start with.

Hope this was okay, I'm a little more tired than I thought I was so it's highly likely that some of this post won't make sense....

Celeborn & Kili: Celeborn might be a bit cold towards Kili but mostly because he is Dwarf and Celeborn still has a lot of hard feelings towards them. But he'd be polite should they ever meet (simply because the wife said so >.>)

Celeborn & Legolas: I'm guessing Celeborn knows of Legolas simply because of his distant kinship and friendship with Thranduil. But I can't see them being too terribly close simply because of their age difference and such.

Celeborn & Erestor: Also, Celeborn spends a fair amount of time in Rivendell (mostly because of the grandkids) so they would have plenty of times to interact. But I do think that they would get along pretty well.

Celeborn & Breena: He might find her a little amusing?

Celeborn & Cora: I'm sure I can find a reason for him to be at the Tourney event so they could meet that way?

Celeborn & Minyaiwe: If he brings Celeborn Dorwinion wine, he would considerably rise in Celeborn's esteem. He is rather fond of Dorwinion wine >.>

Celeborn and Edlothia:: So this could be in a pass thread, since Edlothia's parents has relatives who live in Lorien so I think these two might have met during her little time of stay? Ed is a guard from Mirkwood and is fairly young and unexperienced

Celeborn and Tauriel:: I think these two is definitely possible, as Tauriel might've tagged along the Mirkwood company on some journey to Lorien And she will certainly find him to be very wise and all very... sophisticated >w<

I think it would be unlikely for the rest of my characters to meet him, so I think I'll stick with these two ideas anyways looking forward to rp with you XD

Celeborn & Edlothia: That could work. He is a fairly friendly-ish person as long as you aren't a Dwarf >.> or one of his wife's half-cousins
