The riders eye each other up from opposite sides of the field before lowering their visors. Beneath them their horses paw at the ground, and toss their manes, eager to get going.
Dust flies as the two riders charge towards each other, picking up speed as the distance between them grows smaller and smaller. The riders level their lances and lean forwards.
There's the sound wood smashing followed by the clang of metal on metal and the crunch of a body hitting the ground. The victor raises his lance in triumph, the loser lies on the ground in defeat. The crowd erupts.
