Lobelia Bracegirdle - Hobbit - 26 years old - Hellion of the Shire This here is Lobelia Bracegirdle - you might know her better as Lobelia Sackville-Baggins, but she has yet to don that title! She's far too young, about the Hobbit equivalent of 14. Definitely not married. Instead, she's running around the Shire with her brother and generally causing a mess for everyone! Lobelia's a terror, through and through, rambuctious and not respectable and all sorts of lovely stuff - perhaps she'd even go on an adventure one day, aye? But someone needs to get her there first! For now, she's sticking close to her bro and bossing around every single fauntling she runs into.
Plots: Right now, I need Lobelia's Boys! I especially need her brother, Bruno - they have most of their adventures together, so that needs to happen, but Otho would also be lovely to haaaaave. I also need someone to get her on an adventure! Lobelia isn't going to run off into the rest of the world whilly-nilly, but she's also the kind of Hobbit that wouldn't mind doing it - it's not like she's ever been respectable anyway. Other than that, really anything else is game, but she's only going to be in the Shire for now, until she's dragged off on an adventure. So only Hobbits or anyone who's willing to make the trek out to the halflings! Thorin Oakenshield - Dwarf - 198 years old - King Under the Mountain Thorin. King. You all know who Thorin is, right? Hopefully. In case you need a refresher! He's the King of Erebor, Uncle of Fili and Kili, brother of Dis, and is old and grumpy. He's pretty self-hating as well - he holds himself very, very accountable for every single wrong he's done, and he really doesn't need help in that. His best friends are Balin, Dwalin, and his burglar Bilbo, but he loves every member of the company fiercely as though they were his blood family, and holds them very close as a result. They were the ones that came when he called - he will never forget that, not for the world, as they stood by him when he was wrong and they shook him out of his despair. He treasures them dearly.
Plots: Right now, Thorin needs to reconcile. He's got a lot of self-loathing and self-hatred, to the extent that he can't bring himself to ask for forgiveness from those around him, for he believes he doesn't deserve it. He needs someone to prove him wrong. He also needs to engage in his kingly duties - paperwork, diplomacy, all that dullness. Make him meet some elves. He needs to let out some anger, after all (I would love for him to actually get along with an elf, though). Finally, I'd like Thorin to find some romance - he's an old dwarf, getting on in years, and he's never given himself enough respite to actually ever think about romance (once he was old enough, he had a people to lead). As a result, when he finally has time... I'd very much like to see him fumble through it. He'll have no idea what to do, and will probably be oblivious at least at the beginning. He's interested in both genders~. Any other plots? Lemme know. I want to get this King actually being sociable.

FILI + LOBELIA On The Road To Bag-End So we definitely need more action in the Shire but until then I can basically offer some Past RPs for you!! So I was thinking that perhaps when Fíli and Kíli made their way over to Bag-End to meet Bilbo, they perhaps ran into a certain little Hobbit? It'd possibly be with Kíli since I can't really see the two separating but it might be a nice thread for a little fun ;P I really can't predict what will happen between these two though! But I think when he first arrives in the Shire, from what he's heard about Hobbits, he probably things of them as rather simple and not particularly notable beings.... GLORFINDEL + LOBELIA Just passing through And this one's another Past RP idea that hopefully will be put into action soon! But we're thinking of having Glorfindel and Erestor who are supposed to be visiting Mithlond accidentally getting a little lost in the Shire with Glorfindel's brilliant idea to take a scenic detour <3 So that would likely be a lovely way for Lobelia to perhaps come across her first elf?
I can imagine Glorfindel being quite entertained by little Lobelia and depending on how she reacts, I think certainly there's certainly room to have a little fun with a grumpy Erestor ;P (Shhhh... don't tell him it was my idea <3)

Lobelia Bracegirdle & Fíli & ? KíliOh my goodness, this could be utterly delightful. Lobelia will be even tinier - about the equivalent of 12 - and she will not take well to dwarves tramping through the shire. She'll be quite a way to dash the thoughts of Hobbits as "simple", that's for sure, given she's... fiesty, to put it simply. I would love to do this! Lobelia Bracegirdle & Glorfindel & Erestor Oh! Yes, I would be utterly delighted to take this up when you two decide to do this thread - Lobelia will be unsure what to think of Elves (because they're so very very tall, how do you even see them that high up??), and I'm not sure how she'll react, but it'll probably be impertinent and very, very Lobelia-like. How long ago were you planning on having it set?

FILI + LOBELIA+ Kili On The Road To Bag-End Possibly?!?! What's this about possibly? Of course Kee is joining in on this thread! He's not that easy to get rid of!
As for where things might go, I'm not really sure. I don't think Kíli knows much about Hobbits so he'd likely to quite intrigued by little Lobelia.
GLORFINDEL + LOBELIA + Erestor Just passing through And this is why Erestor is the one who plans the journeys, because he can read a map.
Erestor will already be unimpressed by Glorfindel's scenic route and probably won't be very good at dealing with Lobelia. Hobbits and children and Erestor is not a good mix and he'll probably try and approach as though he were following instructions in a book.
