Overall Personality: Parys is possibly the most cheeky, shameless and playful bastard you've ever met. He isn't arrogant, but he's extremely 'proud' of every aspect of himself in a comical way. He takes in criticisms and turns them into accolades for himself. There are no bottom lines for Parys. Anything you think you wouldn't do in public? Good chances are that he've done a bunch of them already. People can really get pissed off while they are with him, but Parys would then turn into the caring little angel and ask them what's wrong. But in most cases, they just get angrier. With that being said, he is very (probably overly) confident and has no lack of self-respect. However Parys is not self-centered - he could be selfish at times, but in most cases he actually puts others needs before his own.
Parys is playful beyond all else. He has a great sense of humor and he had not lived one day without making jokes and puns and playing mischiefs on people. He is a teaser and once swore he could turn any maiden's face red with just words. And most of Parys' life is about playing and having fun as well - you see, he never, ever takes anything too seriously. He's nonchalant about worldly matters and everything, and you could call him a skeptic or an unbeliever because that's what he is - he wouldn't mind at all anyways. On important occasions he would be either found sleeping or playing because he truly and utterly forgot. Parys is not a liar nor is he cunning, being a candid and straightforward person who just turns people speechless with his actions. Parys is also a people pleaser though not overly obsequious.
While most would take Parys for an stupid, uneducated brute, he is actually pretty clever in his own ways. He is not book-smart, though he often manages to pull a few old songs or rhymes off some old books and sing them in his own tunes. He also achieved mastery in rhyming and often applies it to songs, jokes and puns. Some say that he would make a wonderful minstrel, while others argue that he is most fitting for a clown. Rather than smart or clever, witty or astute seems to be better words to describe Parys. He is a far lesser fighter than some of his peers, though he wins matches and fights all the same because of his ability to adapt and change the situation to his own advantage. It has even saved his life in some rare occasions. Yes, he is playful and he teases people and he is annoying at times, but he wins over you and is better than you on some degrees. That's why many people love him and hate him at once.
Parys is a person who lives at the moment. He enjoys alcohol, merry laughter, jokes, pretty girls and everything else like his young peers. He is very hearty at times and his love for fun and booze has got him into trouble often than not. He is a jack-of-all-trades-and-master-of-none, and he often corroborated that himself by adding 'sometimes better than a master of one'. People say that he is no true knight, but Parys is everything that a knight should be - despite his playfulness and various bad qualities, Parys is never a coward to run away. He is willing to protect the weak and knows righteousness when he sees it. He is willing to sacrifice and serve if needed - sometimes he was even to joyful to realize that himself. Parys never betrays anyone, and is extremely loyal to friends. Though most people, including himself never realizes it, Parys is actually a very good young lad who's kind and courageous at once.
